  • Interactive Q&A discussion between presenter and attendees on implementation of session content principles in attendee settings.

Overview:
The field of Medication for Opioid use Disorder (MOUD) has changed greatly over the last 25 years. The array of pharmaceutical treatment options for OUD combined with the diverse treatment venues available in Vermont make medical decision making more complex. Additional complexity has resulted from the simultaneous evolution of harm reduction and patient-centered care, and the arrival of high potency synthetic opioids such as fentanyl. This admittedly medically-biased webinar is intended to explore treatment options and venues for patients with OUD and to open discussion for a later date around integrating MOUD and harm reduction in maximally productive ways.
