Blueprint presented an overview of the Blueprint to the House Health Care Committee on Friday, Jan. 21, 2025.

The 2023 Vermont Blueprint for Health Annual Report has been released.

Dr. Addie Armstrong presented a poster on the Blueprint Community Health Team (CHT) Expansion at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement's 2024 Forum in Orlando Florida: “Embedding Mental Health, Substance Use, and Social Supports in Vermont Primary Care.” The conference was held December 8-11 and the poster was presented on Dec. 9 and 10.

Blueprint presented an overview of the Blueprint and an update on the Community Health Team expansion to the Senate Health and Welfare Committee on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2025.

Blueprint Executive Committee Minutes January 16 2025

Blueprint for the Health, the Vermont Division of Substance Use Programs, and the Center for Technology and Behavioral Health at Dartmouth College published an article titled “Patient centered medication treatment for opioid use disorder in rural Vermont: a qualitative study” in Addiction Science and Clinical Practice.
