Blueprint Community Health Team Expansion Q&A Sessions Available

The Blueprint for Health is holding three Q&A sessions the week of July 17th to address public questions over the Expansion Pilot of the Community Health Teams.

These sessions are available for attendance on the following dates:

1. 7/17 at 4 pm

2. 7/19 at noon

3. 7/21 at 8 am
