The Blueprint's Advanced OUD X-Wavier Team Learning Collaboratives (AXL) came to an end June 2023.
The Blueprint for Health Central Office team is excited to share that we have contracted with Center for Technology and Behavioral Health, Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth to continue webinars and trainings with a broader area of topic offerings.
Our new name for this series will be CARE: Collaborative to Advance Mental Health Treatment and Substance Use Recovery for Everyone. In addition to the previous focus on OUD services, the Blueprint is expanding from an opioid-specific focus to:
· addressing mental health and substance use disorders in primary care and other settings;
· informing pharmacologic and non- pharmacologic practices for holistic care;
· making recommendations for referral to and from sub-specialty care;
· extending the model of the treatment team beyond provider and patient to community health workers, coaches, peers, nurse case managers, counselors, social workers, psychologists, pharmacists and others.
