The first report, from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), showed that the Blueprint has slowed the growth of total Medicare spending for patients in participating practices. That report is available here. The second report, from the Department of Health and Human Services, focused on the Support and Services at Home (SASH) program, which is part of the Blueprint for Health.
