Sarah Lipton has been the Money Follows the Person (MFP) Program Director for the Adult Services Division of DAIL (Dept. of Aging and Independent Living) since late summer of 2023. Sarah is proud to be stewarding the robust offerings of MFP by developing more coordinated home and community-based services across Vermont. Prior to this role, she was the Director at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center and before that, led thousands of individuals on an embodied journey of strategic leadership through her business The Presence Point. Sarah lives in central Vermont and is also an author, mama of two strong daughters, avid gardener, passionate advocate and active volunteer in her community.
