Governor Phil Scott Speaks to Congress About Opioids

On February 6, Governor Phil Scott testified before the U.S. House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Health. He was joined by Secretary of Human Services Al Gobeille, Commissioner of Health Dr. Mark Levine, and Director of the Blueprint for Health Beth Tanzman. Governor Scott outlined Vermont’s successes and continued challenges in responding to the opioid epidemic.
