The Blueprint for Health will be offering a semi-regular orientation which is OPTIONAL, but recommended for new program managers, QI facilitators, CHT Leads, and CHT staff and any of our closely affiliated partners. The orientation is designed to provide a high level overview of the Blueprint program and the context of health care reform in Vermont.

Participants may join the Skype meeting using the link below to view the orientation. If not able to join by computer, participants may listen by phone and slides will be posted after the session to the Blueprint for Health website.
